We are a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing the manufacturing industry. We are seeking an Account Executive to drive end-to-end sales cycles with large, enterprise accounts. Your blend of business experience and technical acumen will guide our existing and prospective customers through a well-structured sales process. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who has a track record of excellence in sales execution in a scaleup environment.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will create and close new opportunities within prospective and existing enterprise customers alike.
  • You will own your own revenue target for closing six-figure enterprise deals while managing the entire sales-cycle.
  • You will autonomously drive the sales process, delivering customer-specific pitches and demos to move prospects from initial discovery to close.
  • You will build strong relationships with our prospective customers by winning their trust through technical as well as product expertise.
  • You will understand the strategic and operational business needs of your target accounts and effectively communicate how EthonAI’s products meet those.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years experience as account executive in enterprise software, preferably in a startup or scaleup environment.
  • Experience selling a highly technical product with a top performance record in closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Experience aligning business and engineering teams in order to move fast on the right aspects of each deal.
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations, knowing when to pull in the proper stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering sales presentations to a variety of audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Ability to identify and overcome objections and effectively close deals.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and German is a must.
